Prism Award

Carol Berg August 2nd, 2006

Just heard that Daughter of Ancients won the 2006 Prism Award for best romantic fantasy.  This was announced in Atlanta at the annual RWA bash.  So this feels very nice.  Especially since it is the fourth book of a four-book series and written as fantasy.

Congratulations, Carol! Every time I go into the SF/F section of a bookstore these days, I see a healthy stack of your books, so that’s got to be a good sign too.

Morning and a tiny (brief) dinunition in the temp helped my soggy brain realize you weren’t announcing someone else’s book, but your own–congratulations!

Thanks, all. Always nice to have a bit of affirmation when one is STUCK on a scene and have teh queasy sense that the chapter one just wrote is going nowhere.
