While I am disappointed about Sean Connery’s lack, I am pretty excited about Shia LeBeouf. I saw Transformers this weekend and I thought that kid was awesome. You knew there’d be fluff in between the special effects, but he made it amusing and watchable. He made me a fan of me.

Well, you have to admit that Harrison Ford’s getting to the age where they aren’t a whole lot of people that aren’t younger than he is… (ouch, okay, low blow).

Who else is disappointed that Sean Connery’s not going to make an appearance in this one?

Hmm, it’s looking like Cate Blanchett is the love interest and she’s only 27 years younger than him. I guess we can call that… improvement?

Absolutely agreed, though I must confess, I’ll miss the Nazi’s, they made such lovely villains. I suppose they could use South American holdouts, but it just isn’t the same.

Thanks for that link, Constance. I’m so glad to see they’re not trying to do the ridiculous thing of making Ford look only a couple years older than he was in the last movie they made.
