I've been following your books for fifteen years, and when I heard I had the chance to meet you, I ran out and knit you a pair of socks. Then I discovered that my finace (and ride) had to take a test today, and I wasn't going to get to go. It's great to meet up with old friends and make new ones within speculative fiction here in the UK. Clive Barker and Neil Gaiman are GoH, so I'm looking forward to hearing them speak.... and I've made two finalist spots - for Best Novella, and Best Short Story resepctively. Soooo excited.
